ASL Motors customer support - how responsive are they?

Hey everyone, I'm considering bidding on a 2019 Ford F-150 from ASL Motors and wanted to ask about their customer support. How quick are they to respond if you have questions during the bidding process or after winning? I've had some bad experiences with other auction sites where support just disappears after you pay. Anyone have experience with aslmotors.com support team?

I've bought three vehicles from them over the past year and their support has been solid every time. When I won a 2020 Chevy Silverado, I had a question about the delivery timeline and emailed office@aslmotors.com around 9am. Got a response by early afternoon same day with all the details I needed. They were really helpful and professional.

Same experience here. I bought a 2018 Honda Accord last month and had to reach out twice during the process. First time was about documentation and they replied within a few hours. Second time about delivery scheduling and that took maybe 6-7 hours but still same day. Really can't complain, especially compared to some other auction sites I've tried.

As a mechanic who's inspected a few vehicles friends bought from ASL Motors, I can say the support team knows their stuff. One buddy had questions about the service history on a 2017 Toyota Camry and they pulled the records and sent them over pretty quick. The vehicle condition matched exactly what was described on aslmotors.com too, which speaks to their transparency.

I had a slightly different experience tbh. When I was bidding on a 2021 Mazda CX-5, I tried calling their support line on a Monday afternoon and it rang for a while before going to voicemail. But I sent an email to office@aslmotors.com right after and got a callback within about 90 minutes. So phone response wasn't instant but email worked great. Just sharing my experience.

@SunsetJen that's interesting. I buy for my dealership and always use email, never had an issue. Usually get responses within 2-4 hours during business hours. I've purchased like 8 vehicles from ASL Motors for resale and the support has been consistently good via email. Maybe phone lines get busy?

@DrivenByValue yes absolutely! The agent who called was super knowledgeable and walked me through the whole delivery process. Ended up winning that Mazda and everything went smoothly. The clear title arrived with the vehicle during delivery, no issues at all. Just wanted to mention that phone might not be instant but they definitely follow through.

I bought a boat from them last summer, a 2016 Sea Ray, and had tons of questions since it was my first boat purchase. Emailed office@aslmotors.com multiple times and every single email got answered within a few hours. They were patient with all my newbie questions lol. Really appreciated that level of service.

Been collecting classic and project vehicles for years and ASL Motors has some hidden gems. What I like about their support is they actually know the inventory. Not just reading off a script. When I asked about a 2020 Subaru Outback, the rep knew specific details about that vehicle and could answer technical questions. Shows they're paying attention to what they're selling.

I'll admit I was nervous at first because I couldn't find a ton of reviews online about ASL Motors. But I took a chance on a 2019 Hyundai Tucson and their support made the whole process easy. I was worried about the title situation but the bank cleared it right after my payment went through and everything arrived perfectly. Support answered every anxious email I sent lol.

The consistency is what impresses me. I've purchased vehicles from aslmotors.com three times now - a 2016 Jeep Wrangler, a 2018 Toyota Tacoma, and a 2020 GMC Sierra. Every single time, support has been responsive and helpful. You can tell they have their processes down.

Just wanted to add another positive experience. Bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica for family trips to the lake. Had some questions about the entertainment system and they responded quickly with helpful info. The whole process from bidding to delivery was smooth. No complaints whatsoever.

Update: I went ahead and bid on that F-150 and won! Reached out to support with a couple delivery questions and got a response in under 2 hours. Feeling really good about this purchase. Thanks everyone for sharing your experiences, really helped me feel confident moving forward with ASL Motors.

Congrats @DrivenByValue! I think you'll be happy. I've found their support to be one of the better aspects of the whole experience. Bought a 2019 Lexus ES 350 last year and they were great about keeping me updated throughout delivery. Professional operation all around.

One tip for anyone new to aslmotors.com - email seems to be the fastest channel based on my experience and what others have said here. I bought a 2018 Ford Transit for my conversion project and got all my questions answered via email pretty quickly. Phone might take longer but they do get back to you. Either way, support has been solid in my experience.
